Hand Trading

The Hand Trading Building is a historic property, listed on the National Register of Historic Places, located in Pelham, Ga. It was constructed in 1914 and was South Georgias largest department store in the 1920s. Once the rehabilitation on the building is complete, it will become a 54 unit mixed income apartment community offering one, two and three bedroom units as well as retail space on the first floor.
